So I highly agree with following the recommendations in dosage. I am quite experienced in kratom. Start off with small doses! As someone who has taken kratom for a long time, this concentrated form of what comes from the plant is highly potent. Excellent quality.

Hard to describe not exactly sure why but this 83 powder is my favourite out of the extracts. Just as fast and potent but a bit "warmer" (?) than 90-something I tried a while ago. Love the variety available here, it helps determine what exactly works best given everyone metabolizes things a bit differently.
