How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated from your delivery address at checkout, and the exact amount is shown in your order summary before you pay. Where more than one carrier service is available to your postal code you will see the options and can choose between them. Every order ships tracked from within Canada.
Where do you ship from and to?
All orders are processed and shipped domestically from British Columbia, within Canada. Domestic fulfillment keeps delivery fast and avoids border fees and USD exchange.
What does the package look like?
A plain black mailer with nothing on the outside but the shipping label — no branding, no product names, and nothing indicating what is inside. The batch label and an itemized receipt are inside the package, not on it.
Will anyone be able to tell what it is?
Not from the outside. The exterior carries only the delivery address and the carrier’s own barcode. Nobody handling it in transit sees a product name.
What will show up on my bank statement?
Card payments appear as “Ember Peaks Inc.” — never 7OHYEA or any product name. Interac e-Transfer shows the recipient address instead, and crypto payments appear only in your own wallet history.
When does it ship, and how long does it take?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on a business day are dispatched the same day; after that they go out the next business day. There is no dispatch on Saturday or Sunday, so weekend orders leave on Monday. Most Canadian addresses then receive the parcel within 2–4 business days, and British Columbia is often faster. Those are carrier estimates rather than guarantees, they count business days only, and tracking is emailed as soon as the label is created.
What is your return policy?
Because these are research materials, opened items can't be returned. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days, less shipping. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced. Contact us within 7 days.
