1. Eligibility & age
You must be of legal age in your province of residence to purchase. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the products are legal to possess where you live. We may decline or cancel orders that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
2. Intended use: research only
Products are sold strictly for laboratory, research, and analytical use. They are not food, drugs, or dietary supplements, are not approved by Health Canada or the FDA, are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for handling and using products lawfully and safely.
3. No medical claims
Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a representation that the products are safe for consumption. Educational and handling content is provided as a general reference for research use only.
4. Orders & pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing errors, and refuse service. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
5. Shipping
We ship within Canada only. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carriers may require proof of age on delivery.
6. Returns
Opened research materials are non-returnable for safety reasons. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days as described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Assumption of risk
You acknowledge the products are research chemicals that carry inherent risks and must be handled only by appropriately equipped parties for research purposes. You assume full responsibility for their lawful and safe handling. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7ohyea's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
8. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, or by binding arbitration where permitted.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
